Location: Brampton, ON, L6Z 4N7

Salary: $25.50 to $27.50 hourly (To be negotiated) / 40.00 to 60.00 hours per Week

Terms of employment: Permanent employment; Full time

Schedule: Day, Early Morning, Evening, Flexible Hours, Morning, Night, On Call, Overtime, Shift, to be determined, Weekends/holidays

Starts as soon as possible

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Workplace: Restaurant; Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities/Tasks

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
• Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Order supplies and equipment
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Recruit and hire staff
