Tasks
- Coordinate and oversee daily operations to ensure efficient customer service delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline work processes and improve interdepartmental communication.
- Develop and implement work schedules and procedures to ensure adequate staff coverage and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and verify work quality and accuracy, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer expectations.
- Identify training needs and organize skill development programs to enhance team performance.
- Prepare and submit reports on team productivity, customer feedback, and operational performance.
- Resolve workplace challenges, provide technical guidance, and implement strategies to increase productivity and service quality.
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff effectiveness, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans.
- Assign tasks and supervise employees, ensuring that customer service representatives meet their daily objectives.
- Establish and maintain customer service standards, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for clients.
- Monitor sales and customer interactions to identify opportunities for improved service delivery and sales support.
- Implement customer service improvements based on feedback to enhance client satisfaction and brand reputation.
