Night Auditor

 

Nomad Hotel and Suites, located at 10006 MacDonald Ave, Fort McMurray, AB T9H 1S8, is looking for a Night Auditor to join our team on a full-time and permanent basis (30- 40 hours per week) 

Job start date: As soon as possible 

Total vacancies: 1

Salary: $19.58 / hour 

Education: Secondary (High) School 

Language: English

Experience: Minimum of one year 

Duties include

• Generating report
• Closing out daily transactions
• Ensuring a smooth transition to the next business day.
• Answering phone calls
• Assisting with reservation requests
• Serving as the primary point of contact for the hotel during nighttime operations
• Post all daily room and outstanding charges.
• Take over from the evening cashier, checking and accepting float and takings.
• Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
• Register arriving guests and assign rooms
