Job description
As a Service Leader, you will directly contribute to the overall success of Restaurant and its people. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing a high performing team of 20-50 individuals, while driving their personal growth. You will efficiently deliver and execute quarterly strategic planning goals while upholding the highest standards in product, profit, environment and experience.

Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in planning, organising, managing & evaluating operations.
• Proven ability to develop, coach, inspire a high-performing team with event planning and execution.
• Proactively recruit, hire, train and retain talent, assist client with catering orders.
• Ability to manage budgets and forecasts, inventory management, resolving customer issues.
• High attention to detail with integrity to elevate the guest experience.
Salary: $41.20 per hr / 35 hours per Week.
Terms of employment: Permanent-Full time
Shifts: Day, Early Morning, Evening, Flexible Hours, Morning, Night, On Call, Shift, Weekend.
Language required: English
Education: Some degree/diploma in Food and Food Management
