Assistant Chef

 

Job Description: 

• Oversee food preparation and cooking activities.
• Consult with clients for events.
• Develop and ensure quality menus.
• Estimate food and labor costs.
• Supervise kitchen staff.
• Manage equipment purchases and repairs.
• Recruit and hire staff.

 Skills:

• Creative and Learning Skills

Requirements:

• Must have Education of atleast College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 year.
• Must have Experience of atleast 1 year to less than 2 years.
• Should be able to hanlde the kitchen independantly.

Terms of Employment:

• Full Time / Permanent Employment
• 30 to 40 hours per Week
