Experience
- 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or promotions, preferably in the cosmetics and/or skin care products industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful promotional campaigns.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management.
Work setting
- Reports to the main office.
- Requires travel to various locations for coordination of marketing campaigns.

Tasks
- Gather, research and prepare communications material,
- Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity and information programs, materials and sessions,
- Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations, Website content and press releases,
- Act as spokesperson for an organization,
- Answer written and oral inquiries,
- Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies,
- Develop, implement and evaluate communication strategies and programs,
- Initiate and maintain contact with the media,
- Develop and organize workshops, meetings, ceremonies and other events for publicity, fundraising and information purposes,
- Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material,
- Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions
- Manage post campaign analysis to measure and report on marketing and advertising metrics
Additional Requirements:
- Familiarity with the local market and consumer behavior in Ontario.
- Experience in event planning and management can be an added advantage.
