We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our marketing efforts and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote Sleep Ezzz products and brand.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
- Manage the sales team to achieve revenue goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and retail partners.
- Prepare and analyze sales and marketing performance reports to measure success.
- Plan and execute promotional events and campaigns to drive brand awareness.
- Develop pricing strategies and promotional offers to maximize profitability.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing platforms.
- Train and mentor sales staff to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
