We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our marketing efforts and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote Sleep Ezzz products and brand.
2. Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
3. Manage the sales team to achieve revenue goals and provide exceptional customer service.
4. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
5. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and retail partners.
6. Prepare and analyze sales and marketing performance reports to measure success.
7. Plan and execute promotional events and campaigns to drive brand awareness.
8. Develop pricing strategies and promotional offers to maximize profitability.
9. Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing platforms.
10. Train and mentor sales staff to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
