JOB DESCRIPTION
GlobalTrade Link Consulting Ltd. is experiencing a period of rapid growth and increasing operational demands. We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization through this exciting phase. The CEO will drive strategic initiatives, ensure seamless coordination between departments, and address pressing operational challenges, including:
- Enhanced Coordination: Managing and streamlining operations across multiple locations.
- Optimized Financial Strategy: Implementing a cohesive plan for resource allocation and revenue growth.
- Regulatory Leadership: Ensuring compliance with complex international trade laws to protect and grow client portfolios.

This is a critical leadership position designed to guide the company in meeting immediate client demands and achieving long-term growth objectives.
The Chief Executive Officer at GlobalTrade Link Consulting Ltd. will take the lead in shaping and executing the company's strategic vision to position it as a key player in the global trade consulting landscape. The CEO will oversee the planning, organization, and evaluation of operations through middle management, ensuring that the company's diverse services—ranging from international financing solutions to regulatory compliance and risk management—are seamlessly aligned with the firm’s goals. By formulating tailored policies, the CEO will drive the company’s efforts to help clients navigate complex global trade dynamics, mitigate risks, and capitalize on emerging market opportunities.

JOB DUTIES
The duties of the Chief Executive Officer at GlobalTrade Link Consulting Ltd. will include but are not limited to:
- Define the overarching goals for the company, ensuring alignment with GlobalTrade Link Consulting’s mission to optimize international trade for businesses.
- Formulate or approve policies and programs to achieve these objectives.
- Authorize and organize the establishment of key departments and senior staff positions, ensuring the right leadership and expertise to drive the company's services, including Overseas Financing, Risk Management, Compliance Consulting, and FX Strategy Development.
- Oversee the allocation of material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies.
- Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure operational effectiveness, along with approving promotional campaigns and personnel planning.
- Lead the selection of middle managers, directors, and other staff who will contribute to the company's strategic goals.
- Foster a leadership team capable of advancing GlobalTrade Link Consulting’s services in market research, trade financing, and government grant consulting.
- Coordinate the work of various regions, divisions, and departments within the organization, ensuring effective collaboration between teams delivering services such as trade compliance, customs, risk management, and foreign exchange strategy.
- Represent the company in negotiations official functions.
- Delegate representatives to act on behalf of the company when necessary, ensuring the company’s voice is heard in trade discussions and industry partnerships.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, finance, or other discipline related to the service provided is required.
- Three years to less than five years of experience as a middle manager in financial, communications or other business services are required.
