Tasks
• Plan and control budget and expenditures
• Establish objectives for the organization and formulate orapprove policies and programs
• Monitor financial control systems
• Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data
• Oversee the preparation of reports
• Manage cash• Oversee payroll administration
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Authorize and organize the establishment of majordepartments and associated senior staff positions
• Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate andapprove promotional campaigns; and approve overall humanresources planning
• Represent the organization, or delegate representatives toacton behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
