JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ARE LISTED BELOW:

 

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning within the firm.
  • Introduce and enforce new office procedures, action plans, and policies as needed.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with client and other stakeholders
  • Address client issues, complaints, and concerns promptly and effectively and handled the  team performance reviews.
  • Resolve internal work-related issues and prepare detailed submission reports as necessary.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and maintain office equipment.
  • Supervise the team and established work priorities to ensure that deadlines are met in timely manner.
  • Ensure the team is up to date with government policies and new updates.
  • Assist in hiring and training new staff as per the office policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to staff as required, including data entry, coordinating couriers, and handling printing/photocopying tasks.
  • Regularly prepare the expense reports to manage the manage the monthly and annual budget.
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned to support the efficient operation of the office.

 

 

Work Location:               25 Clark Blvd, Brampton, ON L6W 1X4

Salary:                                 $35.00/hr.

Hours:                                   35- 40 hours per week

Position type:                     Full-time & Permanent

 

Qualifications

Experience:                         7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience

Education:                           Completion of High School

Language:                            English
