Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Experience an asset

Work setting: On-site customer service

Tasks: Assess potential institutional, business or individual client markets
Calculate premiums; Establish client insurance coverage; Establish method of payment; Identify potential markets; Ensure appropriate forms, medical examinations and other policy requirements are completed; Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries; Provide customer service.

Supervision: No supervision responsibility

Credentials: Provincial or territorial licence.

Experience and specialization: Automobile insurance, Health insurance, Travel insurance.

Security and safety: Criminal record check

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail, Sitting

Personal suitability: Client focus, Organized
