Customer Service Clerks Supervisor

 

Breathin Therapy Ltd. is a Toronto-based sports therapy clinic. We are seeking to fill the position of Customer Service Clerk Supervisor on a full-time basis, with a requirement of 30 hours per week. The salary range for this role is CAD $31.50 to CAD $33.50 per hour, with the potential for negotiation based on experience. Overtime pay is at a rate of 1.5 times for hours worked beyond the 44th hour. Our office is located at 518 Yonge St., Toronto, ON M4Y 1X9. Fluency in English is required. Work experience of supervising 1-2 employees is required. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

 

The main responsibilities for this position include:

• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Examine and verify the accuracy of work
• Identify workers’ training needs
• Prepare and submit reports
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Conduct performance reviews
• Recruit and hire staff
• Co-ordinate, assign and review work

 

You must have the following qualifications:

1) Language: English

2) Education: College/CEGEP

3) Experience: 3 year to less than 5 years

4) Supervision: 1 to 2 people
