Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
1) Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent downtime.
2) Prioritize repair tasks based on urgency, impact, and available resources.
3) Ensure optimal allocation of manpower, tools, and spare parts.
4) Monitor the daily activities of repair technicians and maintenance staff.
5) Ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.
6) Inspect and test equipment after repairs to verify proper operation.
7) Ensure all repair activities comply with safety standards and industry regulations.
8) Provide and enforce the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
9) Prepare reports on equipment status, repair progress, and downtime statistics.
