Crystal River Immigration Consulting Service Ltd. is a world-class consulting firm that offers expert advice and services related to immigration policies, business development, and talent retention. We are a fast-growing consulting firm focused on helping individuals and international entrepreneurs move to Canada and establish their businesses there.
We are currently looking for an experienced Vice President to join our team. In this management position, you will play a key leadership role in shaping the company’s strategy, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of client-centric service. We expect your experience coupled with your business acumen will be crucial to our continued success and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company’s strategic direction, aligning it with business objectives and regulatory requirements for consulting services.
- Lead the company’s operations, setting performance goals and ensuring the business remains competitive in the consulting industry.
- Oversee and improve the delivery of client services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Resolve escalated client issues and make high-level decisions on complex cases.
- Manage management teams, provide guidance on day-to-day operations and long-term project; direct hiring, training, and performance evaluation of consultants and administrative staff.
- Prepare, manage, and monitor the company’s budgets and financial plans to ensure profitability and financial sustainability.
- Approve major expenditures and lead efforts to secure funding, if necessary, for business expansion.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and client acquisition strategies to grow the client base in Canada and internationally.
- Represent the company in industry conferences and discussions and other official functions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the company’s operational efficiency and success in processing clients’ applications.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or other related fields. Higher education will be an asset.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in consulting services or a related business service industry, with at least 3 years as a middle manager or in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in leading teams, driving business growth, and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Strong financial and administration management skills, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (in English), with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
