Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

  • Be the deliverer of perfect guest experience by ensuring service as per Swiss Chalet’s established quality standards.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant, bar, cafeteria or other food or beverage service.
  • Follow and implement operational procedures.
  • Recruit staff and oversee staff training.
  • Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
  • Ensure the flow of inventory and maintain records for the same.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
  • Resolve customer complaints with fair judgement and knowledge of Swiss Chalet’s policies and procedures.
  • Guarantee compliance with the company’s performance ratios such as food and energy costs.
  • May participate in marketing activities as outlined by the brand.

 

Job Details:

Salary: $ 16.00

Full-time & Permanent position

 

Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in the food service industry is required.
  • College Diploma is required.
  • People skills
  • Able to manage priorities.
  • Customer oriented

 

Language Requirements

  • Verbal and written efficiency in English
